Straight answers.
What EWH Consulting does, how engagements work, and how to start.
What can EWH Consulting help with?
Growth and operations work across five areas: strategy and planning, brand and identity, sales and growth, people and organizational development, and digital infrastructure. The first step is often finding the problem underneath the request, whether it shows up as a rebrand, a website, or growth that has outrun its systems.
Who is the work suited to?
Owner-led businesses, growing teams, and independent professionals, in any industry. Recent work spans industrial safety, custom apparel, fine art, and digital services. The career behind it covers marketing agencies, technology consulting, energy, retail sales, and hospitality.
How does an engagement work?
Through the Carry-Through Method: Diagnose what is in the way, Define the position and the first move, Build the brand, pages, and tools, and Equip the business to run and measure them. Scope decides which steps an engagement needs.
What is included in the agreed scope?
The scope names which of the four method steps the work needs, what will be delivered, the timeline, and how decisions get made. Reporting to the client is agreed in the scope too. Nothing starts until the scope is agreed, and anything outside it is discussed before it is added. Published case studies are separate: they label each claim by status, such as Completed, Started, or Recommended.
How is work priced?
Each engagement is scoped and quoted to the work after a first conversation, before anything starts.
Do engagements include implementation?
Yes, when the scope calls for it. Work can carry through to the build: websites, brand systems, sales materials, pricing tools, and CRM setup. Full website builds are EWH Consulting work; strikeoutllc.com is one example.
Is remote work available?
Yes. EWH Consulting is based in Texas and works with clients everywhere, remotely by default, with travel when the work needs it.
How are confidential materials handled?
Client materials are used only for the engagement and shared only with people the client approves. Case studies are published with the client’s agreement, and details a client wants kept private, such as names, figures, or prospects, stay out.
How is AI used?
Openly, and under direction. AI helps draft copy and write code. Requirements, judgment calls, testing, and accountability stay with EWH Consulting, and every AI output is checked.
What is TOUCH·POINT?
A separate, founder-owned business. Think of a digital business card with a full page behind it: a custom personal or company page that opens when someone taps an NFC card or tag with their phone, or follows a shared link. Visit touchpointcard.com.
How does an inquiry begin?
With a few lines through the contact form, or by email. A reply comes within one business day, with questions or a time to talk.
Start a conversation about what’s next.
A growth goal, a new venture, a planned initiative, or a problem that hasn’t been named yet. Replies come within one business day.
